What is the use of the "telephone" tab?
I have spent such a long time updating the "telephone" tab (for 200+ employees) only to be told I should have used the field in the "general" tab in order to propagate this info to Lync and Outlook.
This is illogical and not intuitive at all!! Why would anyone think updating the "general" tab trumps the actual, overwhelmingly obvious "telephone"...
