Hi - I'm unable to turn on Network Discovery, and the problem looks like it might be because the Function Discovery Resource Publication Service will not turn on. I have it set to Automatic, but when I try to Start the error 0x80070005 Access Denied error is returned. I am running Kaspersky Endpoint Security 8 - turning that off doesn't help. Thanks for any help you can give.
