Hi guys !
I just figure out why the sharing tab is missing in network connection properties. I have a netbook with Windows 7 Starter and I cant enable ics because of the missing sharing tab. But then, I opened my laptop with Windows 7 Ultimate and the sharing tab is there (same connection).
I suggest upgrade your OS. :)
