How to access shares with firewall enabled

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate and I have the Microsoft Firewall enabled. When the firewall is enabled, I can't access any of the shares which are setup. If I disable the firewall, I can access the shares on other computers as well as on my Samsung TV over DLNA. I'm just wondering, is there a way to keep the firewall enabled and also still be able to access the shares and if so, how? ...
