Need help with connectivity issues.

Hello, My connection keeps going out randomly and my computer is just having general bad connectivity. I know it is my computer because no other computers in the household are having this problem. I'm not really good with internet issues, but I've reset my router, restarted my computer, turned off firewall and antivirus. Those didn't work, and I did try using a ethernet cable but it didn't...
