Permissions for a Drop Off Folder

I wish to have a Drop Off folder that is write only, In the security tab, checking off "Create files - Create folders - Write attrib - Write ex attrib" for Everyone allows the functionality but it doesn't let them open the Drop Off folder, they get an access denied. They can drag and drop into it but I want people to be able to actually enter the folder, have it appear blank and be able to...
