No internet on 1 RDP accounts

hello i have RDP with 2 accounts.. 1 is administrators and other is non admin account.. since yesterday my non admin account has no internet when i try to use browser, skype yahoo etc (all internet using apps) but if i write ping Google (http://google.com) in cmd it does ping... at the same time my admin acc has internet what settings should i do to fix it? i know its not about IE...
