Wireless Painfully Slow Only at Work -- Fine Elsewhere

Hi, My wireless at work is painful or non-existent at work -- but works fine elsewhere. A connection is always made to the router, but it will just completely freeze -- or move at was seems like 32kb/s -- making attaching files in Gmail almost impossible. I don't understand the inconsistency -- other people in the office do not have this problem, although some people have had it...
