In the Control Panel-Internet Properties-Connections-Lan Settings- My Proxy Server is checked and under the Advance setting there is a Proxy address both HTTP and a Secure. When I delete the address - Port and uncheck the Proxy Server Box and then Check the Automatically Check settings Box after a few minutes it returns back to the Proxy being checked and the same address-Port.
