Remote Desktop Domain Name Missing

Hi, I am running Windows 7 64bit in a virtualised environment, I have my home folders redirected to my Windows 2008 server fileshares. When connecting to a server using MSTSC/Remote Desktop the Domain name is not automatically filled in. I am on a domain and logged in correctly as a domain admin. It used to work before I was not using folder redirection. So perhaps "My Documents" is now...
