Laptop won't see networked computers

Hi guys, I'm really hoping someone can help. I have a network in place with STUDY-PC, LOUNGE-PC and LAPTOP and SYNOLOGYHUB (NAS) Both the lounge and study PCs can see all the above in Start->Network.
