UBeeAP appearing in Network Infrastructure

I lost power for 9 days during Hurricane Sandy. My desktop was on when the power went off. When I finally rebooted, my computer was okay for the most part, but there were anomalies. There was a UBeeAP showing on my network infrastructure. No one seemed to understand why or how it was there. More important, no one could tell me how to get rid of it. I was pretty sure it was not...
