nForce problem

So I have problems with my nvidia nforce ethernet. I have a broadband connection and it works fine but sometimes when i download something the internet stops working and i need to go to network and sharing center -> change adapter settings and disable and reenable the local area network. Then it works. What's the problem with it? I tried to update the nforce driver but still doesn't work well.
